About Killian Mobile Home Park

Killian Mobile Home Park began in the early 1960s as a family owned and operated business!

Today we still take pride in offering, comfortable and safe housing to people just like you. We have clean well maintained homes in an established community in the NorthEast area of Charlotte. Our tree lined community gives you a mountain feel with a short commute to downtown Charlotte, UNCC and CPCC.

Our maintenance staff has lots of experience and if problems are reported early in the day, we can usually get issues fixed that same day. Our office staff is friendly and accomodating to meet your needs. We take pride in what we have to offer and are sure once you visit our community, you will want to move here.

Some of our valued residents have lived here for more than 15 years! Surely we must be doing something right.

We offer 2 or 3 bedroom manufactured homes for rent for prices ranging from $400.00 per month to $600.00 per month. Our rental rates include water, sewer and garbage pickup as well as lawn maintenance. All our homes have air conditioning and are rented with a stove and refrigerator. Some homes have additional furniture included.

We offer lot rentals as well for singlewide homes. The lot rent of $260.00 per month includes water, sewer and garbage pickup. Lawn maintenance may be purchased for additional cost. For lot rentals homes must: have a detachable hitch, be total electric, have the wheels and axles stored under the home and the owner must reside in the home. We do not allow subleasing.

We do not allow cats/dogs at Killian Mobile Home Park.
