Apply for a home in Killian Mobile Home Park
The application process is super easy and takes about 24 hours to process once received in our office.
Please do not apply until you will be ready to move within 2 weeks from the date of the application. We cannot hold a home for more than 2 weeks.
The application will verify (1)Employment/Supplemental Income (2)Rental History (3)Credit Reports and (4)Criminal Background check
Please remember any adults 18 years or older living in the home MUST be on the application. We do not allow one person to apply and move in another person without prior approval for the security and safety of our residents.
Please remember that we do not allow cats/dogs in the community regardless of size.

You may download this file and email it to kmhpark@yahoo.com or you may fax it to 704-596-4366. If emailing or faxing please do NOT include your social security number on this form. Leave that space blank. Once we receive your application we will call you and ask for this information so your social will be kept safe. If you are emailing or faxing the application, you will need to click on the pay now button below and submit a Non-refundable application fee of $20.00.
If you choose to download the file and bring in your application personally to our office, you may pay the application fee when you come. The $20 must be cash or money order. No personal checks for the application fee will be accepted.
Once the application is completed, we will call and let you know whether we can offer you a contract on the home or not. Please be prepared at this point to bring in a cash deposit and show your United States Drivers License or United States Identification Card or Valid Passport.
