Can I have a satellite dish?  The dish must be placed in the yard on a pole. There is a $50 deposit required.

Can I have Cable instead?  Yes, cable connections are already in most homes and you can just call and have it turned on.

Do the homes have Air Conditioning? All our homes have central air or a window unit.

Do I have to cut my grass? The community staff will cut your grass.

Where do I park my cars? Cars registered in the name of the leasee may be parked in your 2 reserved spaces at your home.

How long is the lease? We offer 6, 9 or 12 month leases depending on the home and your needs.

Can I bring my washer and dryer? Most homes have washer and dryer connections. We require that you place a piece of plywood under the appliances and let our maintenance staff inspect the installation before use.

Lot Rentals

Do you accept doublewide and singlewide homes? We only have lots for rent for singlewide homes.

Can I have a satellite dish? Yes, the dish must be placed on your home and the community manager must okay the location.

Do I have to cut my own grass? You may cut the grass or you may pay our staff for lawn maintenance.

Will you move and set up the home for me? No, we do not offer those services, but we can give you some numbers of companies you may use.

What specifics do you require for my home?The home must have a detachable hitch. The wheels and axles must be removed and stored under the home. The home must be total electric. The size of the home will determine if we have a space to accommodate it. Please bring pictures of the outside of the home when you come.

Can I own the home and rent it out? No, we do not allow subleasing. The owner must live in the home.
